My Story

I didn't start in marketing. I started in the trenches—managing call center teams, solving customer problems, training employees, and learning what actually makes businesses run smoothly.

Over 7+ years working with companies like KPMG, Accent Marketing, and Makeyla Solutions, I learned something crucial: The businesses that succeed aren't always the most talented. They're the most organized, the most visible, and the most strategic.

Leading Teams: I supervised teams of 15+ people at multiple organizations, earning "Top Team" awards by implementing better systems and processes. I learned that clarity and structure beat chaos every time.

Event Management: As Project Manager for Inspire Me Events, I coordinated major campaigns including events with internationally recognized speakers like Les Brown.

 

I also helped stage educational events for parents with children on the autism spectrum, focusing on communication improvement and early sign recognition. One of my proudest moments: a client event that drew 30% more participants than anticipated, which led to launching several successful digital courses. These experiences taught me how to create buzz, attract audiences, and deliver results under pressure.

Business Analysis: In my role as Assistant Business Analyst at Makeyla Solutions, I dove deep into marketing communications, product performance tracking, data analytics, and client relations. I saw firsthand what separates businesses that scale from those that stay stuck.
